If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual — identified by matching name, identification document, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and the matter referred to our fraud team for further action.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. amat4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Indonesian Players register accounts denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Once an account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and bonus values will be shown in IDR.

All deposits and withdrawal requests must originate from and be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name — identical to the name on your amat4d account. Transfers made from or to third-party accounts will be rejected and returned. amat4d accepts no liability for funds lost through misdirected third-party transfers.
Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your amat4d wallet within 5–15 minutes. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally credited instantly. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average, subject to successful KYC verification and fraud screening. Requests submitted outside of banking hours may take slightly longer to settle at the receiving bank. amat4d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank may apply its own transfer charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no minimum deposit threshold, though individual payment methods may impose their own minimums.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request through your bank or payment provider in relation to funds deposited on amat4d constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any account found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
Currency Note: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are charged by amat4d for IDR transactions. If your bank account operates in a currency other than IDR, conversion rates and fees applied by your bank are beyond our control.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by amat4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the more specific promotion term shall prevail for that offer only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the offer details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated promotional period; any un-wagered bonus funds remaining after expiry will be removed from your account without notice.
amat4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; placing hedged or low-risk bets solely to fulfill wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics; and using software tools to systematically extract value from promotions. Any such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential legal action.
